At Holbrook Pickleball, we want to ensure you have the perfect paddle for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and accessories are included to maintain product integrity.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your gear for play-ready condition, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
